A Baltimore community initiative in development

Everyone should have someone to call.

Are you an older adult who would enjoy more connection? Do you know someone who might? You can tell us about the kind of support that would help as we plan our first Baltimore program.

A simple way to reach out

Tell us what you're looking for.

You do not need to have a serious problem to ask about Zekeinim. Wanting company, a shared activity, or someone to remember an occasion is enough reason to reach out.

  • You can ask about support for yourself.
  • Family or friends can make an initial inquiry with the older adult's knowledge or permission.
  • Facilities and community groups can contact us about future partnerships.

Important right now

Zekeinim is being organized and has not opened an active assistance or visiting service. Submitting this form expresses interest. It does not enroll anyone in services or guarantee a response time.

Community interest form

Let's start a conversation.

Please share only your own contact information. We can ask about the older adult later, with their consent.

Online inquiries are not open yet. Please check back for contact and sign-up details.

Submissions can be received after Netlify Forms has been enabled on the hosted website. See our privacy information.

Is someone in immediate danger or experiencing abuse or neglect?

Zekeinim is not an emergency service and this form is not a way to report suspected abuse. For immediate danger, call 911. For possible abuse or neglect of a vulnerable adult in Maryland, contact Adult Protective Services at 1-800-917-7383 or visit Maryland APS.
